INGREDIENTS
Besan / gram flour / chickpea flour – 1 cup
Chilly powder – 1 tsp
Green chilly chopped – 1
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Baking  powder – 1 / 2 tsp
Oats – 1/ 2 cup
Water – 2 cups
Sugar – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Tomatoes – 1
Onion – 1
Capsicum – 1
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all the ingredients mentioned in a mixing bowl, heat a pan add ghee / butter and pour the batter and cook on both the sides.
Serve it hot with ketchup
