Peanut Butter fudge energy bites

Hey happy monday! I hope you all had a great weekend, mine was great on saturday Dev and along with a friend when to a near by fort we had an amzing village food on top of the fort with an amazing view and weather and on sunday it started out lazy watched TV went arranged my wardrobe in the evening and made these snack bars because I dont like to eat raw dates , so I thought of combining it with my favourite peanut butter.

INGREDIENTS

Brownie Layer

walnuts / almonds  – 1 and 1/2 cup
dates – 1 cup
1/2 cup + 1 Tbsps unsweetened cocoa or raw cacao powder

Grind all the above ingredients to form a brownie layer, if you think the mixture is dry add few more dates. It should begin to ball up at some point. Press a foil in a box so that it becomes easy to lift it once its settled ,  press a brownie layer in it.

Peanut Butter Layer

dates 1/2 cup
almonds 1/2 cup
peanuts 1 cup roasted & salted
peanut butter 1/2 cup

Grind all the above ingredients to form a peanut butter layer. It should begin to ball up at some point. Add this shiny smooth layer on top of your brownie layer and allow it to set in a refrigerator for 1/2 hr.

If you have oven at home you can reheat for 30 seconds  before serving, it will give a really good smell of peanuts.
