So we had a friend Pooja over for dinner last night and I wanted to make something really yummy for her after dinner for desert, so thought for pan cake ;). Fluffy pan cake with hot chocolate syrup topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate chips.
INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour – 1 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Baking powder – 2 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Vanilla flavour extract – 1 tsp
Coco powder – 2 tsp
Choco chips – 2 tsp (optional)
Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all the mentioned ingredients in a bowl and mix nicely so that there are no lumps in between, use some more milk if required.
- Heat a pan, add 1/2 of butter when its hot and pour the batter for pan cake, cook it till the edges turn slight brownish.
- Cook on the other side, till it turns slight browish.
Serve it with hot chocolate syrup and chocolate chips and vanilla ice cream.
