Nankhatai is a traditional Indian Biscuits with the flavour of cardamom. Cruncy and fluffy biscuits are the most yummiest biscuits ever. Nankhatai are shortbread biscuits popular in India and Pakistan. The word Nankhatai is derived from Persian word Naan meaning bread and Khatai from an Afghan word meaning Biscuit
INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour – 1 cup
Unsalted butter – 1/2 cup
Salt a pinch
Sugar – 1/4th cup
Rava / Semolina – 2 tablespoon
Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon
Nutmeg powder – 1 teaspoon
Finely chopped Pistachio

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all the ingredients except pistachio and make flat round balls, place it in pre heated oven and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Let it cool down before eating for 1-2 hours.
