Crispy Sabudana Vada

Sabudana vada, also called ‘sago vada’, is a traditional deep fried snack from Maharashtra, India.

Mix well boiled potatoes and overnight soaked sabudana with ginger chilly paste, salt , sugar, aamranth flour 2 teaspoon, fresh corriander leaves, lime juice 1 teaspoon.

Make round balls and fry it.
