Sabudana Khichdi.. Ekadashi Special

Do we really need a reason to have sabudana khichdi…its my personal favourite and I can have it even when its not ekadashi… 😉


  1. Sabudana – 1 cup
  2. Groundnut powder – 1 cup
  3. Oil – 3 tablespoon
  4. Curry leaves – 5 to 6
  5. Green chilly chopped – 3 to 4
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Cumin Seeds – 2 teaspoon
  8. Lime Juice – 2 teaspoon
  9. Sugar – 1 teaspoon (optional)


  1. Grind the groundnts and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, urry leaves and green chillies chopped.
  3. Add sabudana and groundnut powder amd mix well.
  4. Add salt and sugar as per taste and cook for 10 minutes, add lime juice and mix well and turn off the gas.

Serve it hot with buttermilk
