INGREDIENTS
- Milk – 100 ml
- coffee powder – 2 tsp
- 15 grams flaxseed powder
- 3 tablespoon water
- whole wheat flour – 200 grams
- baking powder – 1/2 tsp
- baking powder – 1/2 tsp
- A pinch of salt
- coconut oil – melted
- Honey – 120 ml
- Yogurt – 120 ml
- Pumpkin seeds to garnish – 2 tablespoon
Drizzle Syrup
- Milk – 60ml
- Cocoa powder – 12 grams
- Coffee powder – 1 tsp
- Honey – 10 ml
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees.
- In a cup mix milk and coffee powder and keep aside.
- Take another bowl mix whole wheat powder , baking powder and baking soda together.
- In another bowl whisk honey, yogurt,coconut oil, milk and soaked and pureed flex seeds, till no lumps remain.
- To this add the flour mixture slowly and mix well.
- Pour the batter in a loaf or a cake mould and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Remove the loaf and allow it to cool for atleast 1 hour.
- Mean while prepare a drizzle for the loaf by mixing milk,cocoa powder , honey and coffee powder.
