Macaroni white sauce pasta with loaded veggies

Believe me our not this creamy looking pasta does not have even a bit of cheese in it. Its simply yummy and full of my favorite veggies. It hardly takes 20 minutes to prepare this classic white sauce macaroni pasta.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Broccoli – 1/2 cup
  2. Red pepper – 1/2 cup
  3. Mushrooms – 1 cup
  4. All purpose flour – 2 tbsp
  5. Pepper powder – 2 tsp
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Mixed herbs – 2 tbsp
  8. Mix 2 cups
  9. Butter – 2 tbsp
  10. Pasta – 1 cup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil pasta til al dente.
  2. Add olive oil in a pan and cook broccoli for 5 minutes now add pepper and mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. In a separate pan add butter and mix all purpose flour and mix together and cook till it becomes thick and smooth white sauce.
  5. Add salt as per taste and pepper powder.
  6. Add all the veggies and herbs and turn off the gas.
  7. Mix well and serve hot.

Serve it with Garlic bread.
