Nachos Supreme

Binged on Netflix and yet want to have something healthy and super quick. Try out this healthy recipe full of proteins I’m sure everyone would love it.

Rajma has lots of nutrient benefits:

INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING

  • Doritos – 1 packet
  • Rajma boiled – 2 cups
  • Onion finely chopped – 1 cup
  • Tomato finely chopped – 1/2 cup
  • Green chilly finely chopped – 3
  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  • Salt , red chilly powder as per taste
  • freshly chopped coriander – 1/2 cup

NO CHEESE – CHEESE SAUCE

  • Butter – 2 tablespoon
  • Maida – 2 tablespoon
  • Milt – 2 cups
  • Salt as per taste
  • pinch of turmeric powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Lets first make our cheese sauce

  1. In a non stick pan heat butter, and start slowly adding maida.
  2. Now once the butter and maida are nicely mixed add salt turmeric and milk and keep stirring.
  3. If lumps are formed turn off the gas and with the help of hand mixer make it a smooth paste.
  4. Again keep stirring till it gets thick sauce like consistency.
  5. In a bowl mix all the veggies for dressing and in a separate plate arrange nachos and spread the veggies mixture.
  6. Now pour the sauce and serve.

I also dressed it with PERI PERI sauce from Veeba, it tastes too good.
