Classic Aglio e olio Spaghetti with mushrooms

Classic Spaghetti aglio e olio is my husband’s favourite Pasta. He prefers this one over white sauce and red sauce pasta.
This recipe is also quick and easy to prepare as compared to other pastas with sauce.

The strong taste of garlic makes it super tasty.

Preparation time: 15mins

🐶 Bring water to boil and add your spaghetti to cook for 6-7 minutes.
🐶Add one tablespoon of Olive oil in a pan, half tablespoon of butter and very thin sliced or small chopped garlic.
🐶Cook till your garlic turns slightly golden brown.
🐶Now add thin sliced mushrooms & salt.
🐶 Saute till the mushrooms are nicely cooked.
🐶Now add chilly flakes, pepper powder, oregano and mix well.
🐶Add half cup of pasta water to this and bring it to boil.
🐶Now add spaghetti and add grated parmesan cheese (optional)
🐶Now add lots of finely chopped parsley and turn of the burner.
🐶Toss it nicely and serve. .
