Super crispy from outside and cheesy from inside..bread rolls.
For the stuffing I sauteed finely chopped onions, capsicum, carrots and mushrooms in 1 tablespoon oil.
Added red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, cumin, aamchur powder.
Once the mixture has cooled down I added one mashed potato and lots of grated cheese.
Now cut the sides of the bread and dip it in water and quickly remove it. Drain all the water by pressing it between your palms. Now slowly stuff it with our mixture and roll nicey.
Make sure you pack of nicely from all sides so that it does not come outside while frying.
Now deep fry it till golden brown.
