Red Thai Curry Paste

Our last vacation was Thailand & I miss vegan thai curries and Jasmin rice soooooo much.

So tonight for dinner I’m going to make Red thai curry with rice.

So I have already prepared red thai paste…sharing with you all the recipe.

  1. Garlic cloves 10 to 12
  2. Ginger about 2 tablespoons
  3. Pepper, coriander, cumin dry roasted – 2 tablespoons
  4. Lemon juice – 2 lemons
  5. Fresh lemon grass
  6. Salt
  7. Curry leaves
  8. Onions – 1 cup
  9. Kashmiri mirchi soaked in hot water for 30mins

Grind all the above ingredients to a fine paste and store it in freezer.

Add 2 tablespoons of this paste in your curries.
